Tyla Yaweh- Gemini

Orlando-bred Tyla Yaweh is going to make 2018 his year. The artist went from being homeless in L.A pursuing music to landing a major record deal with London Entertainment which he released his single “Gemini” through. His relatable style of music making is going to be caught on by the mainstream very soon and it’s just a matter of time. Top to bottom he has the undeniable potential to be a world-renowned pop star- from the smooth perfected vocals, to the relatable hooks, and just the all around way he styles and carries himself.

The song gemini is a standout from the artist racking up over 3 million plays on Spotify alone- so it was a smart move to promote and premiere it though WorldStar. The video takes you back to his pop-star image flexing his lifestyle trying to impress his Gemini- who coincidentally is actually 2 twin sisters playing him. I really like how he actually told a story within his video that directly pertains to the song and does so in a creative way.

I don’t think this is the last we’ll be hearing from the artist and I know I’ll be awaiting his debut album which hopefully is in the works!
