Cincinnati is showing no signs of slowing up as pÈRez showcases his Midwest flavor over California boarders, releasing the visuals to single “Venice” from his “Fear+Loathing” EP. I was bopping my head within the first 30 seconds of this video; his effortless but memorable wordplay and staccato flow are two things I love in an artist- makes the song so much easier to go along too. Chris Wise of WiseWords management takes a simple scene of a boardwalk ferris wheel and creates a vintage, nostalgic aura for the viewers as pÈRez sports his iconic orange beanie. It’s almost like a glimpse into his near future- money stacked, career flourishing, living with no worries where opportunity is all around him. It’s only a matter of time before the talent in the tri-state goes global!
