OG – OG, Vol. 1

Coming out of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, 18 year old OG is making a name for himself and doing so very quickly. Bringing a fast-paced style to aggressive beats along with slowed down, melodic-style songs, OG is filling a lane that has yet to be filled in the state of Kentucky. The 42-minute project takes you through a roller coaster of feelings and keeps the listener vibing and moving the whole time. OG describes the project as “very opening” stating, “I open up a lot about things I hadn’t before.” This is apparent to me as well, as this is a whole new style coming from OG, he managed to bring all types of sound together into a masterfully created project including features from big names like Wifisfuneral, K$upreme, thegoodperry, and more. This project is a huge step for OG and an even bigger one for the state of Kentucky. If you haven’t already, I advise you to take notice. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for OG.
