Lil Tracy- Heart

It’s been a big day for the underground, unsigned legend, Lil Tracy, as he stunts his signature Chanel pearls in the new visuals for “Heart”, a very meaningful track featured on his latest EP, Sinner. It is no secret Tracy enjoys all of the lavish aspects of this life of an artist, but you can tell what he longs for is something with much more depth than money could offer.

The video opens up to a shaggy hair Tracy, symbolizing one of his famous past personas as the lyrics explain how everyone wants him to go back to this “old” Lil Tracy, but he wants to be on a different wavelength at this point in his career. I can read from his energy that he wants people to let go of the person he was in the past, because it probably wasn’t a person who was as level and healthy as he is today, and the new Tracy puts an end to those skeletons as he creeps around the old him with a switchblade. At the end of the day, no matter what style or sound you get from him, you can’t argue that it’s something that is 100% genuine to who he is.

Tracy also scored the cover story for The Fader and explained how this song was a product of a year that was filled with some heavy tragedy and near death experiences; but how he truly believes the one thing that will save him is music.
