It has been about 3 months since we last heard of the young prodigy, we are once again not disappointed.

Lil skies has been rising to superstardom and that is no secret. The young rapper from Pennsylvania has had a wild year, from going on the “Dazed and Blazed” tour with Wiz Khalifa, Rae Sremmurd, and O.T. Genasis, to denying the XXL Freshman list request. Skies has always been one to keep it real with his fans and that will always make him a favorite to the hip-hop world.

Within this track, “Opps Want Me Dead”, skies talks about the cops wanting him dead while stunting on his haters. The track is produced by CashMoneyAP, who has produced a couple tracks on skies debut project, “Life of A Dark Rose”. The song is another lyrically filled record that keeps a bounce going throughout the whole song, keeping you engaged. The chorus states that he just wants to change the world and he has definitely on his way of doing so. Hopefully this song is just a preview of what is to come, maybe a new project soon? Who knows! We can only hope!
