He’s back! Popular Houston upstart and one of the city’s better kept secrets in Lil Rarri drops off a new visual for his recent release “No Smoke”. Rarri, formerly known as “Whyjae” has cultivated a young demographic in both Houston and in other regions with his transition to being an artist who infuses auto-tune in his lyrics.
