Hayes from the KY- T. Spoon

Hayes from the KY, a bluegrass bred artist has surfaced on our pages with a new 9-track project, “T. Spoon”. This album consists of a euphonic mix of beats, all accompanied by his uptempo lyrics about the journey that came with making his way out of Kentucky while chasing his dreams. His flow is insanely smooth, giving us just a little bit of that Kentucky drawl in his voice. A line that stuck out to me was from “Summer of ‘11” where he says, “Summer of ‘11, Mac Miller on the YouTube sneaking out the window I was probably tryna meet you”, it really took me back to living in my small rural town in KY, doing just about everything we could to make the best of what we had, even if it meant breaking all the rules.
