Earl Sweatshirt – Some Rap Songs

It has been 3 years since Earl Sweatshirt’s last project release, new music has been getting teased from him in 2018. Finally, the former Odd future affiliate has given us a new body of work and it is nothing short of a master piece.

At 15 tracks, nothing more than 30 minutes long, Earl Sweatshirt gives us a very deep and emotion felt project. After releasing singles, “Nowhere2go” and “The Mint (Feat. Navy Blue)” the rest of the project keeps the same vibe going. Earl has always been known to have an unorthodox flow, which is why he will always prosper. Within this project, he makes amends with his past and also with his father (Laureate Keorapeste Kgositsile) who also has vocals on the album along with his mother (Cheryl Harris). Rapping on old school felt beats, Earl gives us a very different project from recents ones and shows us how versatile of an artist he is.
