Earl Sweatshirt – “Nowhere2go”

Earl Sweatshirt is finally back with some new music, and this is honestly so refreshing. It’s very clear that Earl has been through a lot over the years, especially in 2018. Earl comes out early in the track saying, “yeah I think I’ve spent most of my life depressed, only thing on my mind was death.”

In this song, “Nowhere2go”, Earl refines himself and tries a new approach at heart. I think he realizes that everything that he’s been through made him the person he is today. The beat is very uplifting compares to his original dark, satanic-like beats which is why I think this song is refreshing because it shows the growth of Earl.

He then credits his city and his fan base for saving him by saying, “I need a city to hold down, you n***** gave me coast.” It seems to me that Earl is in a better place mentally after the depression and other mental health issues he’s been through. I think we can expect a project from him very soon. Listen to the new Earl track below!
