Blake D – Teenage Waste

One of Soul Serum’s favorites, Blake D grants us with the best Valentine’s Day gift… an EP titled “Teenage Waste”!

Blake D has been one of the those artists who is constantly working on himself and his craft which can been seen through his content. It’s been great watching him from the side and watching his growth, blossom into what were currently listening to today.

Blake has been battling some personal obstacles just like we all do from time to time and there was a point where the music just wasn’t speaking to him like it usually did. With all the built up anxiety he was experiencing he still knew he wanted to put out new content and that’s when we received his track “Dead Soon”.

He then reached out to Pangeaux (another favorite of our’s) to see if he would be a feature on the track. After completing and putting out the emotional but, catchy “Dead Soon” they then talked about a possible EP. For about 2 weeks straight working all night grinding in the studio the EP soon came together.

After looking back on what he was doing and what he had experienced he felt “Teenage Waste” was the best fit and I couldn’t agree more. This EP is full of emotion and feelings we all experience. Each track flows together perfectly with the next and there is a vast range of sounds between each song.

This kid has nothing but talent and potential. I know he has a bright future for not only himself but, for all his fans as well. Make sure to check out the EP below!
