Blake D – COLD OUT

Northern Kentucky bred artist, Blake D, unleashes his inner sad boy with his latest single ‘COLD OUT’ produced by Y Axis.

The emo movement is coming back in full force with acts such as Lil Peep and Juice Wrld bringing it back into the light. With the hip-hop industry moving heavily towards emotional music,  everyone is looking for the next big artist to come out with a new emo sound which is exactly what Blake D brings.  “I know it’s cold out, but I’m still standing by your window” is one of the catchiest hooks I’ve heard thus far from Blake D. He brings a story into his music while hitting the emotions of his listeners and doing so in a melodic fashion which has me wanting to hear more and more. Blake D’s progression over the past year has been something to watch and I can’t wait to see what he brings in 2019.
